Hot Ink Roll

1、 According to the model and temperature control range of the printer used, the ink roll with suitable specification and model shall be selected correctly.

 

2、 The contact depth between the character and the ink roll is 0.5-2mm, and the contact depth between the character and the printing wheel is 0.1-0.3mm

 

3、 When in use, install the ink roll on the ink wheel shaft sleeve of the printer, turn on the power, set the temperature of the printer in the appropriate temperature range, preheat the ink roll and the nail, generally 10-20 minutes before printing.

 

4、 When the printing ink becomes light, the temperature can be increased by 10 ℃ for printing, so as to melt the ink inside the ink roll again and improve the printing times. Until the writing becomes lighter and the ink runs out, replace it with a new ink roll.

 

5、 If it is found that the printing handwriting is fuzzy, it may be that the letter nails of the coding machine are worn or the distance between the letter nails and the ink roll is too close. At this time, it is necessary to clean up the letter nails or adjust the distance between the letter nails and the ink roll in time, and replace the new letter nails if necessary. It is also possible that the printing temperature is too high. It is necessary to adjust the printing temperature in time.

 

6、 If it is found that the printing handwriting is too light, it may be that the printing pin is worn or the distance between the letterhead and the ink roll is too far, the spacing should be adjusted, followed by the low printing temperature, or the printing time of the ink roll is too long, and the ink roll needs to be replaced.

 

7、 When the printing operation is over, it is better to turn off the heating switch first, let the ink roll continue to rotate for ten minutes, cool it, and then turn off the main power supply, so as to prevent the ink wheel from suddenly stopping rotating in the heating state, which will cause the ink roll to flow vertically in one direction, and affect the legibility and service life of the printed words.
